Our hours during the COVID-19 outbreak may vary, as of June 15: 10AM - 3PM Tue - Sat. Our retail store is now open to appointments, as we follow recommendations on social distancing. Return Policy

We do not accept returns without a receipt. Instore credit only. All returns must be made within 10 days.

Any issues concerning the condition of merchandise received must be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods. No claims received after 10 days will be honoured.

Gift baskets and event tickets are non-refundable.


Terms of Service

All gift baskets are custom made. Please provide 48 hours notice. In case of cancellation 12 hours notice is required.

All alcoholic add-ons and products may only be purchased by those of whom are 19+ years of age with valid ID.

All real cheese cheesecakes are custom-made. One month’s notice is required for these very important orders.

Prices do not include applicable taxes and delivery. Prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. All items subject to availability.

Delivery rates vary depending on destination.

We will not sell or give away any lists or other data that we may retain and we do not purchase such information from other sources.

With the exception of credit card info, we store the information from your order form to allow us to track ordering issues or refer to a previous order to help provide some customer service. You may elect to have your information completely removed from this system by e-mailing us at info@charellis.com with your request. We do not store any type of credit card information.
