Ingredients Cream: 3 yolks 150 g sugar 600 g mascarpone 200 ml of whipped cream 1 tablespoon cherry liqueur 20 ladyfinger biscuits Cherry Sauces: 300 g pitted cherries 120 g sugar 40 ml water 1 tablespoon cornstarch 1 tablespoon cherry liqueur How to prepare cherry tiramisu Cherry Sauce: Add the pitted cherries, sugar and water in a saucepan and simmer until soft. Dissolve the starch in a little water and add it over the cherries, stirring constantly until it thickens and turns into a glossy sauce. Add a tablespoon of cherry liqueur. Let cool completely. Cream: Mix the yolks and sugar for about 10 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved and you get a creamy composition. Add the mascarpone cheese and mix well and then add the whip cream. Add cherry liqueur or vanilla extract. Assemble: Add some pieces of lady fingers into your cups/dishes and pour a little bit of the cherry sauce on top, put a generous spoonful of cream and another spoonful of sauce on top. Repeat, layering with biscuits, cream, and cherry sauce. Break the pieces of lady fingers into your cups/dishes a Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
