Shipping Info

Please note that due to COVID-19, all shipping carriers have suspended shipping guarantees due to excessive delays during this time. Upon ordering you will receive tracking information to be able to see where your package is at (provided your chosen shipping method features tracking).

All orders will be processed and shipped during our opening hours, according to the shipping method selected at the checkout. We’ll do our best to get your order on its way as soon as possible.

Currently we ship within Canada, international shipping coming soon!

We’ve arranged discounted rates with our couriers which are directly forwarded to your order, yet some remote regions may be subject to additional charges.

Orders containing perishable items

Due to the nature of perishable items, we’ve opted to require FedEx’s fastest service for any order which contains items of these sorts, and we may move the shipping date to ensure fastest delivery. We do not guarantee freshness if the shipment is delayed in any case.

We will also package these orders uniquely to ensure temperature stability within the quoted shipping time-frame, and thereby the shipping costs may be higher. In some cases, it may be more cost effective to order perishable and non-perishable items separately to allow for lower shipping cost on the non-perishable items.

By ordering perishable items to be shipped, you are accepting the full risk of spoiled product. We reserve the right to decline an order which is not logistically viable.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns without a receipt. Instore credit only. All returns must be made within 10 days.

Any issues concerning the condition of merchandise received must be reported within 24hour of receipt of goods. No claims received after 2 days will be honoured.

Gift baskets and event tickets are non-refundable.

Perishable items which are shipped are non-refundable.
