Domaine des Terres Rouges is manufacturer and creator of mustards , horseradish, vinegars and exceptional condiments since 1995. Domaine des Terres Rouges supports French and local agriculture in collaboration with the Alsace Chamber of Agriculture. The company is a partner of ten farmers who produce French mustard seeds and horseradish roots using sustainable agriculture. The preparation of mustards is traditional with ingredients as local as possible. Mustard seeds are kneaded with verjuice, a mixture of water, vinegar, salt and spices. They are then finely ground with a stone grindstone. The horseradish roots are sorted and cleaned by hand to ensure the utmost purity in this spicy condiment.
