FROZEN CHARACTERISTICS The dough is made with unbleached white flour and then
fermented to cultivate a natural aroma. Butter is incorporated and laminated to
form over 80 uniform layers of dough and butter, creating the ultimate in
flakiness. Its color cream to light yellow. BAKED CHARACTERISTICS Aroma is an
earthly blend of wheat and sweet butter. The flavor is mildly sweet with a
buttery note. Taste is mildly sweet and very buttery, but not greasy. Texture
is light and very flaky. Inside consist of various sizes of alveoli.
