Vacuum packed Instaferm red Instant Dry Bakers Yeast is instant dry bakers
yeast obtained from a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae
designed for use in regular bread and high-sugar dough with up to 10-Percent
sugar. Instaferm products have a two-year shelf life (when unopened). As they
are dehydrated, Instaferm products do not require refrigeration, making them
much simpler to handle, store and transport.
