The dough is enriched with wild berries cream and pure Belgian dark chocolate, hand-threaded with the traditional pastry whisk. The fruit is placed in the dough and decorated with a manual procedure for maintain the integrity and genuineness of the raw material. The raspberries are hand selected by expert operators, based on the size and consistency and placed one by one on the dough to ensure the best balance of flavors.
