Calabraittica is an artisanal factory situated half way between the Ionian Sea and the Tyrrhenian Sea. It laid its foundation on a 30-year-old small family business. In the 90’s, it became a larger industry represented by the brand Oroazzurro, whose objective was to preserve locally caught fish using traditional recipes and methods in a small artisan laboratory.
Our brand Oroazzurro is present in Italy and abroad in specialty food stores, delicatessens and mass retailers, offering anchovies, sardines, fish fillets, patè and sauces.
