We have a very old crabapple tree, at least 50 years old, on the property that produces a huge crop of the most beautiful tiny crabapples. For years, I hate to admit, we did nothing with them. We do now, and we’ve had to plant more crabapple trees to support the efforts of the older tree. As pretty as it is delicious. Perfect for high tea service or a cocktail starter.
Pairs perfectly with Roquefort. Serve it with scones & devonshire cream.
